Cut-off
Date: The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 p.m.
local time at Hotel on 05-04-2016. After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s
discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to
prevailing rates and availability.
Attendees Room Block Rooms Single Rate, Double Rate, Triple Rate, Quad Rate,
$83.00. Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, or the following
automatic or mandatory charges (e.g., resort charges): Rates will be available 3
days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates indicated in the Room Block, subject
to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
Any
cancellations within 24 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one
(1) night’s room and tax. It is the responsibility of 9th Infantry Division
Society Annual Reunion to inform all attendees of our cancellation policy.
Individual room cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to the arrival
date.

is our understanding some reservations will be on an individual basis directly
to our Reservations
Department at (888) 627-8649. Please inform your attendees to request

Fort Riley Installation Access
Fort Riley maintains eight access control points. Anyone entering Fort Riley,
who appears to be over the age of 16, is required to show a valid DOD ID Card,
Riley Access Pass or Riley Access Badge.
In order to comply with federal Real ID Act standards, starting March 1, Fort
Riley will require additional identification for visitors with a driver’s
license from the following states:
Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico and Washington

Visitors
Visitors without a DOD ID card who wish to enter Fort Riley
are reminded that a temporary Fort Riley Access Pass or Badge is required.
If you know the exact date of your visit, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to get
a temporary pass or badge early by stopping by the Visitor Control Center or
emailing
usarmy.riley.imcom-central.mbx.des-vcc@mail.mil.
Emails will be answered within 48 hours Mon-Fri and 72 hours if received
Sat-Sun. Please note there are longer wait times for passes during periods of
higher traffic - especially weekday mornings and weekday afternoons-when
Soldiers and civilian employees are traveling to work and physical fitness
activities. If you're unable to get a pass early, make sure to allow extra time
the day of your visit to get through processing at the Visitor Control Center. The
Visitor Control Center (Bldg 885) is located just prior to the Henry Gate Access
Control Point (Exit 301, U.S. Interstate Highway 70) and is open 24 hours a day,

Federal Real ID Act to affect Fort Riley access
In order
to comply with federal Real ID Act standards, starting March 1, Fort Riley will
require additional identification for visitors with a driver’s license from the
following states:

Acceptable forms of ID include: A. U.S. passport or U.S. passport card. B.
Permanent resident card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (INS Form I-551).
C.
Foreign passport with a temporary (I-551) stamp or temporary (I-551) printed
notation on a machine readable immigrant visa.
D.
Foreign passport with a current arrival-departure record (INS Form I-94) bearing
the same names as the passport and containing an endorsement of the alien’s
nonimmigrant status, if that status authorizes the alien to work for the
employer.
E.
Employment authorization document that contains a photograph (INS Form I-766).
F. In
the case of a nonimmigrant alien authorized to work for a specific employer
incident to status, a foreign passport with INS Form I-94 or INS Form I-94A
bearing the same name as the passport and containing an endorsement of the
alien’s nonimmigrant status, as long as the endorsement has not yet expired and
the proposed employment is not in conflict with any restrictions or limitations
identified on the form.

Plans for the seventh reunion of the 709th Maint. Bn and 99th
CSB Association have been made. You are invited to join your brothers-in-arms
from the Viet Nam War and enjoy the warmest and friendly welcome you’ve ever
experienced.
We will be gathering at the beautiful home of Dean and Kathy Ayres, 14605 Old

Take I-95 North to I –695 to Towson North Exit 49-B go to I-83 north Exit 24 to
Shawan Rd Exit 20-A east ( Hunt Valley) go about ¾ of a mile and turn Right on
